MAIN+ROSE
began when our two founders

came together over a shared passion to tell stories that would shape the world. With a background in launching brands, sustainability, and marketing, they introduced an agency fueled by impact. We’ve partnered with brands including TED, the United Nations, YouTube, and WeTransfer, along with sustainability-minded startups, venture capital firms, and world governments. We thrive creating work that guides conversations, drives trends and culture, and positively touches one life, or many.

Over the past 20 years, Kelly has specialized in creating multinational campaigns and impactful digital and live experiences for brands such as WeTransfer, UN Women, TED, and more. She creatively blends culture and innovation to solve critical problems faced by companies today, sits on the Advisory board for the United Nations Human Rights Project, and is a Nexus Global Delegate. Kelly is the driving force behind Main+Rose’s vision, leading the team to generate innovative brand and communication solutions that consistently exceed business objectives.

Beth is a globally recognized entrepreneur and author named by Inc Magazine as one of the world’s top branding experts. From pioneering digital movements to overseeing creative concepts for multi-million dollar campaigns, she consistently creates ROI-driven results for every client. Beth sits on The Pacific Council on International Policy as well as The Forbes Young Entrepreneurs Council, and she has spoken on how to build brands that last and the power of design at Google, Harvard, MIT, The United Nations, and the Concordia Summit.

Sarah El Abdli

  • An award winning, impact-driven brand strategist, Sarah has developed practical and detailed brand strategies that drive impact for some of the region’s most successful brands, including Careem, du, ADQ, Majid Al Futtaim, Meraas, KAUST Innovation District, Aldar, Al Shindagah Museum, STC, myco, the Entertainer, Omantel, the Government of Abu Dhabi, Movenpick Hotels, and Marriott Group. Sarah believes in creating brand strategies that drive tangible impact at every level of a business. As such, she is also an expert at creating multi-territory go-to-market strategies, as well as injecting the brand throughout the business through cultural transformation.

Helen Mellor-Mitchell

  • An award-winning marketer with over two decades of experience, Helen has specialized in the tourism, real estate, and entertainment sectors, driving industry-leading results. She has provided strategic expertise for both government and private entities, with a portfolio of high-profile projects globally including across KSA and UAE. Her work has spanned organizations such as Dubai Airports (DXB), PIF, Riyadh Development Authority, Dubai Tourism, Flash Entertainment, Abu Dhabi Tourism (DCT), Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and ADNEC. What sets Helen apart is her deep understanding of marketing strategy, coupled with her hands-on experience in leading client teams, and a commitment to delivering measurable results. This unique blend allows her to craft practical, effective strategies and see them through from conception to execution.

Ayman Eshaghpour

  • Ayman is a creative leader with a passion for design, strategy, communications, and branding. He has successfully managed design programs, overseen multidisciplinary creative teams, and developed holistic brand experiences for clients such as Atheeb, Alawwal Bank, Panorama Mall, and Almarai, as well as global brands such as Netflix, Airbus, HSBC, Google, Pandora, and Duracell. Ayman believes in creating an open culture of collaboration, co-creation, and cooperation with all of our clients, which fosters an environment of innovation and growth. Ayman worked across Silicon Valley for many years and The GCC.

Anthony “HOOTZ” TAYLOR

  • Anthony (also known as “Hootz”) is an award-winning creative director, producer, and screenwriter. He’s produced creative work for brands like Spotify, Major League Baseball, Walmart, Hershey, MTV, Oreo, and more. He expertly matches grounded strategy with wildly playful creativity for work that not only turns heads but moves the client’s business forward. As a creative leader at companies like Broadway.com and ViacomCBS, he has built teams that wield creativity to generate great work and drive culture. Hootz is passionate about mentoring the next generation of creatives and finding ways to use his creative/storytelling powers for good.

Sawyer Franz

  • Sawyer has spent the past decade working across the marketing, brand, and event space for projects and clients such as Expo 2020, The U.S. Olympic Committee, Endeavor, IMG, The US Children’s Hospital, World Athletics, The U.S. State Department, and NEOM, Diriyah, Red Sea Global, Saudi Public Investment Fund, MDLBeast Music Festival, and more across the Middle East. Through his knowledge of stakeholder management, marketing, guest relations, creative implementation, and operational delivery he has managed groups of teams of up to 1,600 to execute client vision. He oversaw the brand activation and launch event of the new Saudia Airlines brand worldwide and has executed brand product launches, trade shows, government events, and mega-sporting and cultural experiences across the globe. Sawyer is also the founder of an NGO focused on developing community infrastructure and an avid photographer.

Leslie Billingsley

  • Leslie brings 20 years of success in brand architecture, strategic alliances, and experiential marketing to Main+Rose. Working with clients such as Axios, Boeing, the NFL, the NBA LiveNation, BlueCross, and BlueShield, Leslie uses traditional, digital, and social amplification to create fully integrated strategic platforms. Leslie provides senior oversight for brand strategy and management, as well as creative activation, performance measurement, and value assessments.

Kim Bussing

  • Kim brings an award-winning background in copywriting, brand strategy, and journalism. She has partnered with a wide range of Fortune 500 clients, including Four Seasons, Audi, Hilton and Volkswagen, along with innovative startups, and has written for the Hollywood Reporter, Vice, and many additional outlets. Combining strategy and storytelling, Kim thrives while guiding the creative team to uncover a brand’s core, connecting with audiences and driving results. She holds an MFA in creative writing, taught at the college level, and previously was the editor of three lifestyle publications in Australia. She is completing her debut novel.

Ming ciao

  • Ming is a renowned designer and creative strategist and a recipient of the Certificate of Recognition for creative achievement by the United States Congress and U.S. Department of Commerce. He leads all design for our Main + Rose clientele including some of the world’s leading brands, entertainment icons, and professional athletes. Throughout his career, he has worked with HBO, Intel, Sony, Time Warner and had his own apparel label sold globally. Ming is also a passionate advocate for personal empowerment and a dedicated philanthropist.
