Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Equal parts savvy strategist and conscious communicator, Kelly spent over a decade working in the fashion and entertainment industries, forging opportunities for brands such as YouTube, Brioni, City of Hope, Halston, and Artists for Peace & Justice. Today, she expertly crafts strategic personal branding initiatives for individuals and corporations globally from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and writes about branding, culture, and marketing for outlets such as Fortune, Forbes, and Inc. Kelly sits on the Advisory Board for The United Nations Human Rights Project, is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, and a Nexus Global Delegate.

Devoted to turning great ideas into powerful brands, Beth has built, advised and sold numerous companies and currently works closely with the world’s top CEO’s, non-profits and governments on a range of high-profile campaigns and initiatives globally. An award-winning author and writer Beth also contributes to Forbes, Entrepreneur, and The Huffington Post. She sits on The Pacific Council on International Policy, and The Forbes Young Entrepreneurs Council and was named one of the worlds top branding experts by Inc Magazine. Beth speaks frequently about branding and social impact at venues such as Google, Harvard, MIT & The United Nations. 


Leslie Billingsley

Leslie brings 20 years of success in brand architecture, strategic alliances, and experiential marketing to Main & Rose and is dedicated to creating consumer engagements that measurably build brands. Working with clients such as Axios, Boeing, the NFL, the NBA, LiveNation, and BlueCross and BlueShield, Leslie uses traditional, digital, and social amplification to create fully integrated strategic platforms. Leslie currently leads the Strategic Client Service discipline where she provides senior oversight for brand strategy and management as well as creative activation, performance measurement, and value assessments.



Courtney is a strategist with extensive experience in branding high-profile individuals and companies. Courtney spent the first part of her career leading Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for one of the largest telecom companies in the world. She pioneered the launch of their nationwide digital literacy program and led their United Way campaign and partnerships with nonprofits across the country. Courtney has worked with industry leaders in advertising such as Unilever, Uber, and Snapchat, and brought together the largest influencers in digital for an (un)conference on Richard Branson's Necker Island.


Ming Ciao

As a recipient of the Certificate of Recognition for creative achievement by the United States Congress and U.S. Department of Commerce, Ming Ciao is a renowned designer and creative strategist. He has advised some of the world’s leading CEO’s, entertainment icons, professional athletes and entrepreneurs and leads all design for the Main & Rose clientele overseeing all creative strategy and creative direction. Throughout his career he has worked with HBO, Intel, Sony, Time Warner and had his own apparel label sold globally. Ming is also a passionate advocate for personal empowerment and a dedicated philanthropist.

Hugh Naylor is a branding and communications specialist who spent a decade covering the Middle East for The New York Times. He has reported from more than 15 countries in the region, a journey that took him through Egypt’s revolution and counterrevolution, civil war in Syria and assaults in Iraq launched by Islamic State militants. His expertise also includes innovation and marketing and he has an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. He speaks and reads Arabic with proficiency.



Ari specializes in developing creative, political, and social impact campaigns to reach a new generation of activists, consumers, and voters. Ari served in the Obama Administration as a Speechwriter and Senior Advisor and was also a Congressional Liaison for the State Department and an Associate at the White House. He was appointed to the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Committee and collaborated with Alec Ross on The New York Times bestselling book The Industries of the Future. He’s appeared in The New York Times, CNN, The Atlantic, Foreign Policy, Reuters, and more. Ari is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.



Meghan specializes in creating high-profile branded initiatives and private events such as summits and conferences, music festivals, salon dinners, speaker series and more for some of the worlds leading brands, celebrities, thought leaders and CEO’s. Some of her clients include Google, Hyatt, SolarCity, Summit Series and Zappos among others and she has executed both large and small scale events across Silicon Valley, Mexico, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. She thrives working with complex deliverables and is known for devising unforgettable interactive experiences that not only leave a lasting impact but have also set industry trends.



In addition to publishing her own best-selling books, Nikki has ghostwritten, conceptualized, and edited books for everyone from pop stars to health gurus to thought leaders. She has a knack for taking her clients’ stories and expertise and turning them into a cohesive manuscript that captures not only their thoughts, but also their voice and personality. Her in-house work in acquisitions at Random House, armed Nikki with unique insight into what agents and editors are looking to publish. As a testament to this she has a 100 percent success rate of book proposals picked up by major publishers. 



Kayleigh is a strategic partnerships, and talent connoisseur with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry.  Kayleigh manages casting, VIP seeding and event management and her work includes The Vanity Fair Pre-Oscar parties, Young Hollywood Awards, Coachella,  ELLE’s Annual Women in Music Awards and Dapper Day at Disney to name a few. Known for her incredible eye for design and vast network of influencer and celebrity connections across the tech, music, lifestyle and film industries,



Courtney has over 15 years experience in brand development, marketing and event design and currently specializes in the medical field with clients such as Pfizer, Gilead, Kaiser, and Baxter and has managed everything from consumer events to large scale executive forums with thousands of attendees and multi-million dollar budgets. She has also created special events for MTV, Nickelodeon, Bank of America, VH1, and Turner Networks and can expertly navigate the complex nature of compliance, procurement spend, and outsourcing.
