Founder and Managing Partner, Main & Rose. Equal parts savvy strategist and conscious communicator. Designs strategic personal branding initiatives for individuals and corporations globally including Fortune 500 companies to non-profits and writes about branding and marketing for outlets such as Fortune, Forbes, and Inc. Kelly has spoken and moderated conversations on the power of your personal brand and sits on the Advisory Board for The United Nations Human Rights Initiative, is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization, and a Nexus Global Delegate. Kelly loves a challenge, and when not in the office she can be found exploring new destinations all over the world.

Beth Doane

Managing Partner, Main & Rose. Devoted to turning great ideas into powerful brands. Works closely with the world’s top thought leaders, CEO’s and non-profits on a range of high-profile campaigns and initiatives globally. An award-winning author and writer Beth also contributes to Forbes, Entrepreneur, and The Huffington Post. She sits on The Pacific Council on International Policy, and The Forbes Young Entrepreneurs Council and was named one of the worlds top branding experts by Inc Magazine. Beth speaks frequently about branding and social good at venues such as Google, Harvard University & The United Nations. She is based in Los Angeles and loves supporting companies that give back.

David Helfenbein

David Helfenbein is a strategic communication and public affairs expert focused on branding, crisis communication and government relations. Under President Obama, David was appointed Social Media Coordinator for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Special Assistant to the Secretary in the Office of White House Liaison, both at the U.S. Department of State. He also worked on Clinton’s Senate staff, at The Brookings Institution and at MSNBC’s Morning Joe. David’s background in communications includes working for Ruder Finn, DKC and SS+K. He holds a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law.

Courtney Cannon-Booth

Courtney is a content strategist with extensive experience in branding high-profile individuals and companies. In another life, she worked with industry leaders in advertising such as Unilever, Uber, and Snapchat, and brought together the largest influencers in digital for an (un)conference on Richard Branson’s Necker Island. Courtney began her career leading Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for one of the largest telecom companies in the world, curating partnerships with nonprofits including the United Way, YMCA, Big Brother Big Sister and more. When Courtney isn’t working, you can find her volunteering, training for her next Spartan Race, or seeking out her next adventure.

hana benkirane

Hana leads our marketing and business development efforts, specializing in strategic partnerships. She began her career in media at the forefront of influencer marketing working with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Starbucks and L’Oreal. She went on to lead marketing and business development across Latin America for one of the largest UK legal practices with 41 offices across 30 countries working with clients spanning the technology, financial services, telecom and media industries. Hana is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French and is based in New York.

natasha d’souza

Natasha leads our expansion across the Middle East and is based in Dubai. Natasha began her career working for the BBC and the Kennedy family before joining the Harvard Medical School Dubai Center, establishing Dubai as the center for academic medical research and practice in the Middle East. She subsequently held roles in corporate affairs and investor relations at Dubai Holding, one of the region’s largest sovereign-owned holding companies. An independent journalist, Natasha writes for numerous publications on business, entrepreneurship, technology, culture and gender. A sought-after speaker, she’s moderated conversations with some of the world's most influential figures including Jacqueline Novogratz, John Sculley and Steve Wozniak.

hugh naylor

Hugh Naylor is a branding and public relations specialist who spent a decade covering the Middle East for The Washington Post and The New York Times. He has reported from more than 15 countries in the region, a journey that took him through Egypt’s revolution and counterrevolution, civil war in Syria and assaults in Iraq launched by Islamic State militants. His expertise also includes innovation, marketing and real estate in Dubai, as well as the far-reaching impact of low oil prices on Saudi Arabia. He has an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and he speaks and reads Arabic with proficiency. He is based between Los Angeles, California, and Dubai.

ari ratner

Ari specializes in developing creative, political, and social impact campaigns to reach a new generation of activists, consumers, and voters.  Ari served in the Obama Administration as Speechwriter and Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary of State for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment. Ari earlier served as a Congressional Liaison for the State Department and as an Associate at the White House. He was also appointed to the 2009 Presidential Inaugural Committee. Ari collaborated with Alec Ross on The New York Times bestselling book The Industries of the Future and served as Special Political Correspondent for Vice News and Japan’s largest newspaper. He’s appeared in The New York Times, CNN, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, The Atlantic, Foreign Policy, Reuters, and more. Ari is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

Nikki Van Noy

In addition to publishing her own best-selling books, Nikki has ghostwritten, conceptualized, and edited books for everyone from pop stars to health gurus to thought leaders. She has a knack for taking her clients’ stories and expertise and turning them into a cohesive manuscript that captures not only their thoughts, but also their voice and personality. Her in-house work in acquisitions at Random House, armed Nikki with unique insight into what agents and editors are looking to publish. As a testament to this she has a 100 percent success rate of book proposals picked up by major publishers.

Meghan Haffey

Meghan specializes in creating high-profile branded initiatives and private events such as summits and conferences, property openings, music festivals, salon dinners, speaker series and more for some of the worlds leading brands, celebrities, thought leaders and CEO’s. Some of her clients include Google, Hyatt, SolarCity, Summit Series and Zappos among others and she has executed both large and small scale events across Silicon Valley, Mexico, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. She thrives working with complex deliverables and is known for devising unforgettable interactive experiences that not only leave a lasting impact but have also set trends across the industry. Kayleigh Rocheck

Events, strategic partnerships, and talent connoisseur with over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry.  Kayleigh manages casting, VIP seeding and event management and her work includes The Vanity Fair Pre-Oscar parties,  Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Young Hollywood Awards, Coachella,  ELLE’s Annual Women in Music Awards and Dapper Day at Disney to name a few. Known for her incredible eye for design and vast network of influencer and celebrity connections across the tech, music, lifestyle and film industries, Kayleigh plays a vital role in both our strategic partnership and entertainment work at Main & Rose. Kayleigh is based between New York and Los Angeles.

Courtney Sheldon

Courtney has over 15 years experience in brand development, marketing and event design and has created numerous top-tier campaigns, conferences and trade events for clients such as Nickelodeon, Bank of America, Volkswagen, Hearst, and GlaxoSmithKline. She has managed everything from the most intimate luxury consumer events to large scale executive forums with thousands of attendees and multi-million dollar budgets. She has also created special events for MTV, VH1, Turner Networks, and Lincoln. Courtney is globally recognized for her expertise in managing client-facing and sales-facing programs meetings and congresses in addition to navigating complex  travel, compliance, procurement spend, and outsourcing. She is trilingual, based in Los Angeles and loves skiing.
